Annual Package

A typical filer is required to submit as many as 13 filings per year to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Our annual package provides a bundled price that includes XBRL taxonomy mapping, most XBRL extensions, your initial Form ID registrations and all the documents listed below.

     -   $75 Transmission Fee
     -   $15 per page
     -   Minimum charge $250
     -   Forms 3, 4, 5 and Form 12b-25 are a flat fee of $75 and not subject to any additional charges

S-1 Specialization

Rush Filings Fees

Documents that are received by SEC Wizard less than 24 hours prior to the forms filing deadline are subject to Rush Filing Fees.
